Design guide for the stage lighting scheme in the lecture hall

The lecture hall is an important venue for holding large-scale conferences, academic speeches and artistic performances. The stage lighting system can not only illuminate the scene and guide the audience's gaze, but also enhance the on-site atmosphere and shape the characters' images. It is an indispensable device for various performing arts.

Stage lighting design standards

The vertical illuminance of the comprehensive light in the stage area shall not be less than 1200LX and is adjustable.

The color temperature of the comprehensive light in the stage area is 3050 ±150K.

The color rendering index of the comprehensive light in the stage area shall not be less than 85 (continuous spectrum).

Principles of stage lighting design

1. Integration of artistry and functionality: Lighting design should follow the rules of stage art performances while meeting the needs of various academic exchanges, video conferences, and performances.

2. Flexibility: The system should be capable of quickly switching between different lighting schemes within a short period of time to adapt to various performance scenarios.

3. High efficiency and energy saving: Utilizing highly efficient and energy-saving LED lamps reduces energy consumption and extends the service life of the lamps.

4. Safety and low noise: Ensure the safe operation of the system. All equipment complies with noise control standards and does not interfere with performances and meetings.

Typical scene mode

Meeting mode: Full front and top lights on, color temperature 4000K, no effect lights

Speech mode: Face light enhanced, backlight slightly dyed (blue/white), and spotlight following the speaker

Performance mode: Reduced front light, dynamic coloring of side light/back light, and interaction between beam lights and pattern lights.

Awarding mode: The spotlight focuses on the recipient, the background colored light is gold/warm white, and the pattern light projects the LOGO

Design, debugging and precautions

Lighting position design: The height of the surface light should be ≥3.5 meters to avoid direct exposure to the audience's line of sight

The spacing between the lamps should be 1.5 to 2 meters to ensure full coverage without any blind spots

Power supply safety: The stage lighting is powered by a separate circuit, with a 20% margin reserved for the total power.

Configure a voltage stabilizing power supply and lightning protection devices

Debugging process: Basic light equalization debugging (Brightness uniformity detection in white field mode)

Effect light programming (presetting scenarios such as meetings, performances, and awards)

Coordinate with the camera equipment (to avoid stroboscopic effects and adjust the color temperature to match the shooting requirements)

Note: Avoid direct sunlight on the projection screen or LED screen, and reserve a light-blocking Angle

Regularly maintain the heat dissipation system of the lamps to extend the lifespan of the leds

Reserve the DMX signal interface and power capacity for future expansion
