What is the color rendering index of the luminaire?

The fidelity of the light source to the color of the object is called color rendering, usually called color rendering index (Ra).

The light source with high color rendering is better for color reproduction, and the color we see is closer to the true color of things. On the contrary, the color deviation we see will be relatively large.

There are two kinds of color development:

Faithful color rendering: Can correctly represent the original color of the substance to use a high color rendering index (Ra) light source; its value is close to 100, the best color rendering.

(color rendering index) CRI, Ra the difference between the two: CRI, the abbreviation of color-rendering index, Chinese for "color rendering index", is a broad noun. Ra is the "general color rendering index" marker symbol, which is the average of the first 8 color rendering indexes in the 15 color rendering indexes. Color rendering index CRI has 15 colors, 15 color names: R1, light gray red; R2, dark grayish yellow; R3: saturated yellow-green; R4, medium yellow-green; R5, light blue-green; R6, light blue; R7, lavender blue; R8, light reddish purple; R9, saturated red; R10, saturated yellow; R11, saturated green; R12, saturated blue; R13, Caucasian skin tone; R14, leaves green; R15, yellow skin tone.
